It, The German Genesis Fan Club, Announce Jubilee Event With Armando
Gallo
On October 21, 2006, the German Genesis Fanclub It will
celebrate its 15th birthday with an event called The Evolution Of
Genesis & 15th Anniversary of Deutscher Genesis Fanclub It.
As always, their event will take place in Welkers, Germany. This year's
special guests are John Morrell (who will perform live) and famous
celebrity and concert photographer Armando Gallo. Gallo is probably best
known to Genesis fans for the creation of the Genesis photo book From
One Fan To Another. At the event, they will also auction an original

Information On Chris Stewart's New Book Officially Announced
As announced here first back in 2005, Chris Stewart's new 256-page book,
The Almond Blossom Appreciation Society, will be released in
Europe on June 1st according to Amazon in the UK. There is no North
American release date announced at this time.

Tentative Release Date For Tarzan Broadway Cast Recording CD
Revealed
According to a very reliable source at Walt Disney, the tentative street
date for the U.S. pressing of the Original Cast Recording of Tarzan
on CD is Tuesday, June 27, 2006. There are a few factors that may change
this date slightly, but the source says that this is more than likely to
be the release date. More on this when I get it.

Tarzan Broadway Cast Recording Available For Pre-Order; Release Due
In June
Good news for Phil Collins fans! The original Broadway cast recording
for Collins' adaptation of Walt Disney's Tarzan is now available
for pre-order! You will be able to order the official soundtrack at the
new Tarzan
website or by telephone at (212) 403-7227 (Monday through Friday, 9
AM-6 PM ET).

| No record label has been announced for the cast recording
yet, but it will be released in June, and it will include five songs
from the Disney film and nine songs written especially for the stage
production by Collins (the show officially opens May 10th at the Richard
Rodgers Theater in New York City). Song titles include: "Two
Worlds," "You'll Be In My Heart," "Jungle
Funk," "Who Better Than Me?," "No Other Way,"
"I Need to Know," "Son of Man," "Sure As Sun
Turns to Moon," "Waiting for This Moment,"
"Different," "Trashin' the Camp," "Like No Man
I've Ever Seen," "Strangers Like Me," "For the First

Nick Davis Provides Update On 5.1 Remastering Project
Nick Davis, in a post on the official Genesis site's Forum,
announced that he had completed the 5.1 remixing and remastering of
Genesis' self-titled album and, as of April 19th, was working on the 5.1
remix of Invisible Touch. Nick has already completed the remixing
of the first half of "Domino" plus "Invisible
Touch", "Land of Confusion", "Tonight, Tonight,
Tonight", "In Too Deep" and "Anything She Does"
which he remixed for the Genesis Video Show DVD. Davis commented
that he may revisit some of those earlier mixes from the DVD, because he
thinks that they could be improved. More news on the remixing project
when I get it!

Phil Collins Sheds Light on Possible Genesis Reunion and 2005 Band
Meeting
On KGO- A.M. 810, a news radio station in California, Phil Collins
acknowledged the Genesis meeting that occurred last November to discuss a
possible reunion and he revealed that the discussion focused around
performing the entire Lamb Lies Down On Broadway album live as
they did on the 1974/75 world tour. Lastly, Collins stated that they
talked about a "limited run of shows" and "recording and

Ant Phillips Wise After The Event CD Remaster Now Being Prepared
According to the official
Anthony Phillips website, the powers that be are doing the
preparatory work for the remaster of Wise After The Event. As
reported previously, this will be a 2-CD reissue featuring bonus tracks.
Three of Ant's classic albums: The Geese & The Ghost, Wise
After The Event, and 1984 are no longer under contract to
Virgin Records, and will all be reissued on the Voiceprint label as 2-CD
sets in the future. No specific release date(s) has/have been set, but
the official site reports that The Geese & The Ghost is
essentially completed. Stay tuned!

Nick D'Virgilio Provides Update On New Projects
Nick D'Virgilio, best known to Genesis fans for playing drums on some of
the songs from Calling All Stations, recently provided an update
on his activity on his official
website. Some of these projects include playing on a new Tears for
Fears 2-disc limited edition CD/DVD called Secret
World, which is a live album recorded in Paris, France, in June
2005. This new live Tears for Fears project features new bonus studio
recordings (one of which Nick plays on). This CD/DVD package is
reportedly exclusively being released in France and is due for release
on May 2nd. D'Virgilio will also be featured on the new album from The
Rubinoos, Twist
Pop Sin, available exclusively on the Vivid Sound label in
Japan. Lastly, Nick will be rejoining his band Spock's Beard for a U.S.
tour this summer. Details on gigs can be found at the official
